If your Jesus Lux item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@jesuslux.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.
For size issues or change-of-mind returns, contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Because many Jesus Lux items are made to order, some returns may have limitations, but this does not limit statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
