Shipping & Returns

Jesus Lux products are made to order with our production partners. This helps us avoid unnecessary waste and lets us launch premium pieces worldwide without holding large stock.

Shipping

Orders are produced after purchase. Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier.

At checkout, Shopify shows the available shipping options and rates for your address. We currently ship from Belgium to Belgium and selected international destinations.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive it by email after your order ships.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@jesuslux.com with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right with a replacement, refund, or another fair solution.

For size issues or change-of-mind returns, contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Made-to-order items may have return limitations, but this does not limit any statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
