Made for your order

Our printed pieces are produced after you order. Delivery time includes production and transport. Check the estimate on the product page before ordering; business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch & destinations

Jesus Lux is based in Belgium. Our production partners fulfil orders from their own facilities, including China. An order does not necessarily ship from Belgium. The dispatch location depends on the item.

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated for your items and address before payment. Orders with different products or production partners may arrive in separate parcels. We do not promise free worldwide shipping.

Tracking & delivery

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Carrier updates may take time to appear. Please check your address carefully. Contact support@jesuslux.com promptly if you notice an address error, a delivery problem or a parcel that has not arrived within the estimated window.

Taxes & customs

Any tax collected by Jesus Lux is shown at checkout. International orders may cross a customs border. Unless the checkout explicitly states that import charges are included, your destination may charge import VAT, duties or carrier clearance fees on arrival. These charges are set by the destination authorities or carrier, not by Jesus Lux. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery of the last item in your order. See our return and refund policy for instructions, costs and your statutory rights.

Start a return or cancellation

Visit your customer account or email support@jesuslux.com. No restocking fee. You arrange and pay change-of-mind return shipping; necessary returns for faulty or incorrect items are covered by us. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
