Orders & prices

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. The checkout shows the currency, item prices, shipping and taxes collected by us before you pay. Future price changes do not change the price of an accepted order. Import charges may apply as described in our shipping policy.

Orders are subject to payment authorisation and product availability. An automated order receipt confirms that we received your order. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for that item; we will not substitute a different garment without your agreement. We may cancel orders where payment fails or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, and will notify you and refund any amount due.

Products

Many items are printed after purchase. The selected garment, design and product description form part of your order. Washed finishes can vary between garments, and screens can display colours differently. These normal variations do not remove your right to goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.

See our shipping policy for delivery information and our return and refund policy for the 30-day return window, cancellations, refunds and faulty items. These policies form part of these terms.

Goods remain at our risk until delivered to you or someone you nominate, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights and legal guarantees remain applicable. Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Nothing in these terms restricts the courts or remedies available to you under mandatory law.
