Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after you receive the last item in your order. This applies to our standard Jesus Lux designs, including pieces printed after you order. If the last day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next working day.

Start a request in your customer account or email support@jesuslux.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. No account is required to exercise your statutory withdrawal rights. A clear email telling us you wish to withdraw is sufficient.

Sending an item back

Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send goods to a production partner or to the dispatch address on the parcel without instructions.

You pay the direct shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee. You may try the item as you would in a shop; you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Please pack returns securely.

Refunds

We refund the returned item price. When you return the whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge; an upgrade to express delivery is not refundable. For a partial return, delivery costs are refunded where required by applicable law.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Your bank may need additional time to display the refund.

Cancellations

You can request cancellation in your customer account until fulfilment, or contact us by email. Requests are reviewed by our team. If an order has already shipped, we will explain the return process. Your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue, with your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange the remedy required by law. You will not pay necessary return shipping for an item for which we are responsible. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Personalised goods and your rights

An exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. A standard Jesus Lux print produced to order is not excluded on that basis alone. Nothing in this policy reduces mandatory consumer rights in your country.
